(As of 12-21-17) I lowered the stars from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars to ⭐️⭐️stars. Mainly because it’s gotten to where the orders are wrong half the time which is really not acceptable. When better help is hired with employees that appreciate their jobs and strives for excellent service for the customers helping to keep the doors open so that they have a job to go to I’ll update my review. I realize it’s small town and good help is very limited but a good manager can do wonders with a place and employees (sometimes). I very much appreciate the good experiences I have here because this is my hometown McDonald’s and VERY glad it’s here and will continue bring my business here and suffer through the not so great service like the others that have equally bad experiences and want this McDonald’s to keep doing great. I just had my worse visit to this place. I ordered a signature sandwich and it was not worth a darn. They didn't put cheese, bacon or crispy onions on my sandwich. When I told them that it wasn't right they half- ass fixed it and gave it back to me. The cashier was more worried about people she knew in the store. I eat here alot and have never been so pissed off at the service here.
It can do better shake machine stay broke more than it does working !! Staff is very nice but focus more on drive thru than front counter
The drive thru is the slowest ever. They can't get food right. You'd think if they take 15 minutes to make a happy meal, they'd at least get it correct. Cheeseburger, no pickles, fries, and a sweet tea. 15 minutes later it still come with pickles on it. I do not recommend. Go to sonic if you want good service quick.
( original review) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I come here fairly often, foods always mcdonalds and tastes like any other mcdonalds I've ever been to across the country which I have my own favorite menu items. It's a small town mcdonalds so good help is in a limited supply and I have had my share of issues here but I've had the same issues at other places also. Most importantly to me is that most of the time I have good experiences here.
Very friendly. Little slow. Great chocolate chip cookies. Can get them fresh any time. Just ask.
