I was in an accident and needed a place to stay. This place is a bit dated, but the rooms were really very nice. I was disappointed I was in a room where a smoker had been, but since I checked in at 1:15am, I did not complain. The lady at the front did not speak English very well, but when I lost and needed a replacement of my receipt, she was quick to find it and fax it to me.
I really dont want to give them 1 star. This is a bad place to stay. They dont clean the bedding. I sat back and watch the person. Pull off the bed sheets off and shook them and put the same one back on. They dont allow service dogs. The rooms are nasty and there was woman private hair on the floor by the tub. Cockroches in the room. Mold by the rooms. We stayed in december and back there again in june the same cig burn the same nasty bedding and sheets. This is nasty.
Outside the roof of part of the building is leaking and falling. Unsafe for children. Needs to be condemned. They tell you one price and then charge you more call you in the room and also come to the room to tell you. Put do not disturb on door and stilled bother you. The reason they put service dog out is because they dont want to clean the sheets. The service dog didnt make a mess at all. The rooms smell like cig smoke. Not cleaning the bedding can cause problems if a person has a problem it can give it to another person crabs. The health dept needs to check this place out. Rating from me is a -10. Dont stay there......
We went there for a church function nearby....people were very nice. We had 2 rooms because we had a group of teenagers. It was not the Hilton but we were pleased with it. We will stay again.
My experience was TERRIBLE! These people gave us a old bed and charged us for it because my sister sat on it and they told us that the beds don't support a certain weight my sister is 13 years old! And they put us in the corner of the room were it had termites I would not recommend anyone staying here!!! WORSE PLACE EVER! Do not stay here.
